About Me

For nearly 30 years, numerous people have requested my ‘smokey’ voice, and unique cadence for their programs-and-services.  I used it for smaller public events, in the modes of narrations and MC’ing, mostly; but I stayed under the radar, for the most-part.  My priorities have always been my wife and kids, along with my career.  As a retiree from 40 years of Engineering and Project Management, having a happily grown family, I am now pursuing other passions.  One of those is Voice Acting; but, getting traction is a challenge ‘from scratch,’ and competing with ‘AI Voice Generations,’ is a concern for which I guard my voice.  
 

Versatility from Narration to Announcements.

 I now have the time and flexibility to pursue it, and having been professionally trained, I am honing my craft, and enjoy doing so, very much.  I am a traditional man, with a commanding traditional approach to narrations, that reaches customers with honesty, believability, and properly emphasized narration, so that YOUR MESSAGE REACHES YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Recording Studio

As is common these days I have created an at home studio for remote production and convenience. 

  • My go-to recording program is
  • AUDACITY, for ACX Quality recordings, and a dedicated studio with -75 dB to -85 dB recording floor.  
  • My editing programs are OBS Studio and PowerDirector, for my various recording needs.
  • My microphone selections are a Large-Diaphragm Condenser mic for my standard VO ACX recordings.  

To supplement the above setup, I also use a Dynamic microphone for broadcasts, and less demanding recordings.
